Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Event Technology Project Leadership: Manage Cvent processes and represent Foundry in platform strategy.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Oversee licensing agreements and coordinate events/media collaboration
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver monthly U.S. event reporting, forecasting, and team alignment communications.
  • Event Operations: Create playbooks and scalable frameworks for event executions.
  • Innovation Projects: Drive competitive intelligence and coordinate AI and automation initiatives.
  • Global Integration: Standardize post-event reporting, track KPIs, and support global communications.
  • TechCrunch Collaboration: Coordinate U.S. TechCrunch events and ensure synergy with Foundry programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in event project management, preferably in B2B technology or media.
  • Strong strategic communication abilities and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with campaign workflows, lead generation, and event-driven marketing.
  • Skilled at engaging executives, cross-functional leads, and external partners to drive consensus.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and workshop design skills to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to synthesize feedback and translate it into actionable alignment plans.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong budget management and resource allocation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The anticipated total annual compensation is $110,000 - $120,000.
