Inventory Coordinator

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Inventory Coordinator

POSITION SCOPE:

The Inventory Coordinator will report to the Inbound Manager and work with the production team. This role will entail the accurate completion of inbound shipments (purchase orders and transfer orders), pulling of wholesale, ecommerce, and retail replenishments, corporate pull requests (photoshoots, product launches, etc), weekly cycle counts, and special projects. This role will be M-F 9AM-6PM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inbound Receiving/Replenishment:

• Physical and systemic receiving of purchase orders and transfer orders through RF- Smart and Netsuite.
• Ensure there are no discrepancies with purchase orders or transfer orders and if so, report to the Inbound Manager
• Replenish bins once product has been received and QC’d through RF-Smart
• Coordinate timely processing of special and custom purchase orders

Order Processing:

• Act as the liaison between internal teams to complete all orders in a timely manner
• Work with the jeweler to coordinate workflow ensuring prioritization of orders
• Communicate with Retail/Fulfillment teams regarding inventory availability
• Pull pieces for all orders and determine whether studio work (assembly/polishing) is needed
• Confirm product details, quality level and assembly accuracy before processing
• Pull ecommerce, wholesale, retail replenishments, retail transfer orders, and corporate requests as needed

Inventory Management:

• Participate in inventory cycle counting and use active problem solving to investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate storage of inventory
• Utilize RF-Smart and Netsuite for inventory movements

Special Projects/Other Duties:

• As assigned by Inbound Manager or Senior Manager, Fulfillment.

QUALIFCATIONS:

• Minimum of high school degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in order management, inventory processing and tracking preferably within luxury/retail
• PC/Mac proficient
• Netsuite, RF-smart, and/or WMS systems knowledge a plus
• Outstanding attention to detail and highly organized, reporting skills, interest and demonstrated experience in creating and streamlining processes
• Self-starter and multi-tasker
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, evenings, weekends and holidays
