Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to oversee physical inventory, equipment tracking, and day-to-day warehouse and trailer operations. This role is critical to ensuring assets are properly maintained, organized, and deployed across events. Additionally, this role will be critical in our merchandise operation both for e-commerce and event-based activations. This position is hands-on and based in Williamsburg, NY, with daily on-site presence required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records across equipment, assets, and supplies using Excel or Google Sheets
- Track inventory movement throughout load-ins, load-outs, storage, and event returns
- Organize warehouse layout to ensure efficient access, clear labeling, and proper storage
- Coordinate inventory preparation, load-ins, load-outs, and post-event returns
- Identify inventory shortages, damage, or discrepancies and proactively report to operations leadership
- Maintain systems that support accountability and loss prevention
- Support on-site event operations, including physical setup, breakdown, and post-event inventory reconciliation
- Communicate clearly and consistently with operations leadership regarding inventory status, risks, and needs
- Schedule and manage the packing, loading, and unloading of brand trailers
Skills
- Proven understanding of inventory management systems and workflows
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Ability to commute daily to Williamsburg, NY
- Solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
- Event experience
- Basic Assembly/Carpentry skills
