The Founders Inn and Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Flowering Almond Spa. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys providing exceptional guest service in a relaxing and upscale spa environment.
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, assisting with spa reservations, overseeing retail sales, and helping create a calm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist spa guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Check guests in and out using the Spa Management System
- Schedule phone, online, and walk-in reservations
- Assist guests with locker rooms, fitness areas, and relaxation spaces
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the spa front desk and retail area
- Promote spa services, retail products, and resort amenities
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash bank
- Work closely with other departments to support guest needs
- Follow all attendance, dress code, and scheduling expectations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
