The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, including organizing schedules, maintaining records, preparing correspondence, and supporting executive and clerical functions. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Competence in Clerical Skills, including organization and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate within a team and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in office software and basic computer applications
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is an advantage
