About the role:
As an Architect in our team, you will
- Collaborate on design projects, developing drawings, models, and visual materials
- Take ownership of specific areas of the design under project leadership
- Coordinate with both internal teams and external consultants
- Contribute to high design standards aligned with Foster Partners' procedures
- Engage in continued professional development (CPD), including your Personal Development Plan (PDP)
What We’re Looking:
- Registered Architect in Tennessee
- Creative and conceptually strong, with a passion for integrated design thinking
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working to tight deadlines
- A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a flexible, solution-focused mindset
- Technically proficient with design software such as Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to formulate and articulate design ideas with clarity and confidence
- Experience coordinating design documentation and contributing to the evolution of complex projects
- A solid understanding of an architect’s role in integrating project information and delivering on time and budget
