As an Architect at Foster Partners, you’ll join a world‑class studio in our Nashville office, contributing to a landmark project in one of the city’s most exciting architectural landscapes. This role is ideal if you want to:
- Work across all project design stages with a strong focus on Construction Documentation, Administration and Delivery.
- Take ownership of specific areas of design and contribute meaningfully to large-scale project development.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.
- Strengthen your technical expertise in a Revit‑led environment.
- Grow your career through structured CPD and continuous learning.
- Be part of a studio committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- 5 years of professional architectural experience, ideally on large‑scale or complex projects.
- A recognised degree in Architecture with relevant professional accreditation (AIA, NCARB, ARB, RIBA or equivalent).
- Strong technical capability and confidence delivering work to a high professional standard.
- Proficient Revit skills, with the ability to produce clear, coordinated Construction Documentation (CD) and Construction Administration (CA).
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
