Architect

Foster Partners is looking for experienced Architects (Tennessee Licensure preferred) with exceptional Revit skills to join our Nashville office.

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience post education, and have worked across all Architectural Design Stages, but most specifically have experience with Construction Documentation and Construction Administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire design and construction process.
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
• Create and develop drawings, models, images and other supporting documents which clearly outline architectural design of project.
• Assist, where required, in the coordination of the internal design team.

Skills Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with a recognised accreditation, e.g. AIA, NCARB, ARB or RIBA etc.
• 5 years of professional experience.
• Legal eligibility to work in the country where the role is based.
• Strong organisational, creative and presentation skills.
• Knowledge and experience of local planning laws and building regulations.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Ability to also use some of the following: Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
