Forsyth Barnes are working with a rapidly scaling, DTC beauty and skincare company seeking a VP of Growth & Performance Marketing to lead customer acquisition, paid media, and full-funnel optimization. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and has a proven track record scaling paid social into the seven-figure monthly spend range.
You will own performance marketing across all major digital channels, managing large-scale Meta budgets and overseeing the full e-commerce funnel, from first impression to conversion. You’ll shape and execute the company’s digital growth strategy, lead a small but high-performing team, and drive aggressive but sustainable revenue growth.
VP of Growth & Performance Marketing - Responsibilities:
- Scaling paid media spend (Meta/Google/TikTok) while maintaining strong CAC and ROAS
- Full-funnel ownership: A/B testing, landing page optimization, CRO, and conversion improvements
- Creative strategy and rapid testing cycles for ads, messaging, and offers
- Leadership of internal marketers and external agencies across paid media, SEO, CRO, analytics, and lifecycle
- Implementation of advanced analytics: attribution, LTV modeling, cohort analysis, MER tracking
- Identifying and executing new growth opportunities across channels, partnerships, and funnels
VP of Growth & Performance Marketing – Requirements:
- 8 years in digital and performance marketing
- Direct experience managing $700K–$1M per month in Meta spend for a single DTC brand
- Strong background in DTC e-commerce selling physical products under ~$300 price points
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable owning growth KPIs end to end
- Creative and CRO-savvy with a deep understanding of direct-response performance
- Experienced leader who can guide teams, manage vendors, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Thrives in founder-led, fast-moving environments with a high bias for action
