About the Role
I’m hiring a Senior Prompt Engineer to help design and scale prompt-driven, agentic AI systems on Google Cloud. This role sits at the intersection of LLM behavior, context design, and real-world data focused on building AI agents that reason effectively, handle ambiguity, and produce reliable, auditable outputs.
What You’ll Do
- Design, test, and refine prompts and schemas that guide AI agent behavior
- Structure and optimize context and input data for accuracy and consistency
- Build reusable prompt patterns across multiple use cases
- Tune extraction and reasoning for complex and ambiguous inputs
- Test, evaluate, and continuously improve agent performance
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders
What I’m Looking For
- Strong experience with prompt engineering for LLMs (GPT, PaLM, or similar)
- Expertise in RAG, prompt chaining, memory, and schema-driven context design
- Solid understanding of LLM behavior, NLP, and reasoning models
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery, AI/ML services)
- Proficiency in Python for prototyping, testing, and automation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
