We’re partnering with a fast-growing Series A FinTech startup that is transforming how businesses manage and optimize their financial operations. Backed by top-tier investors, they are expanding their GTM team and looking for a high-impact Sales Director on the East Coast.
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a driven, strategic sales leader to build and close new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts. This person will own the full sales cycle and help shape the company’s growth in a critical region.
What You’ll Do
• Drive new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Own the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → negotiate → close
• Build and manage a strong regional pipeline
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to influence GTM strategy
• Represent the company at industry events and in the market
What They’re Looking For
• 6 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding quota with ACVs around $50k–$250k
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
• Preferred but not required: experience in payments, billing, AR/AP, or fintech infrastructure

Compensation
