Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain systems and processes to deliver fast, high-quality customer responses.
- Initially act as the primary customer success owner, with the opportunity to help design and scale the support function over time.
- Develop strategies to drive strong customer satisfaction, expansion, and long-term retention.
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase customer adoption of additional products or services.
- Continuously improve onboarding, engagement, and retention to maximize lifetime value and minimize churn.
- Partner closely with product and marketing teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements, positioning, and campaigns that drive usage and revenue.
- Take ownership beyond defined responsibilities by identifying and acting on opportunities that support overall business growth.

Salary : $170,000 - $180,000
