Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain systems and processes to deliver fast, high-quality customer responses.
  • Initially act as the primary customer success owner, with the opportunity to help design and scale the support function over time.
  • Develop strategies to drive strong customer satisfaction, expansion, and long-term retention.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to increase customer adoption of additional products or services.
  • Continuously improve onboarding, engagement, and retention to maximize lifetime value and minimize churn.
  • Partner closely with product and marketing teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements, positioning, and campaigns that drive usage and revenue.
  • Take ownership beyond defined responsibilities by identifying and acting on opportunities that support overall business growth.


Qualifications

  • Experience working at an early-stage, high-growth company.
  • Background in customer success, solutions, account management, or sales within a technology-driven environment.
  • Willingness to engage directly with customers across multiple communication channels as needed.
  • Proven ability to support revenue growth through customer expansion, upselling, or cross-selling initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Salary : $170,000 - $180,000
