What You’ll Be Doing (Foreman)

- Up to $33/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing (Foreman)
- Lead service crews on commercial roofing repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose leaks and identify roofing issues
- Perform hands-on repairs across systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, etc.)
- Communicate with customers on-site and represent the company professionally
- Complete service reports and ensure work is done safely and efficiently
- Train and mentor a helper or junior team member
- Assist with repairs, maintenance, and service calls
- Support material handling, roof prep, and clean-up
- Learn commercial roofing systems and grow into a larger role
- Follow direction from foreman and maintain safety standar
Salary : $30 - $33
