Commercial Roofer (Production / Service)

We’re partnered with a growing commercial roofing company in the Dallas area that is looking to add a Commercial Roofer to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to continue building hands-on experience in the field.

This role is open to candidates with experience on either the production side (install/tear-off) or service/repair side of commercial roofing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
• Work on a variety of roof types (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, etc.)
• Support tear-offs, installs, and service calls
• Identify and troubleshoot leaks or roofing issues (service side)
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Work alongside crew members and foreman to complete projects efficiently
  
  

What They’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of commercial roofing experience
• Experience in either production or service (both is a plus)
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather conditions
• Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
