Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high‑quality massage therapy sessions using a range of techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, hot stone, etc.) tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct client consultations, intake assessments, maintain confidential session records, and offer personalized self‑care or stretching recommendations.
- Maintain a safe, calming, inclusive massage environment and ensure treatment rooms remain clean, stocked, and compliant with all health and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through professional, consistent service while educating clients on massage benefits within a holistic wellness framework.
- Collaborate with fitness, health coaching, and nutrition staff to support integrated care and assist in promoting massage services during wellness events or fairs.
- Support wellness program operations by assisting with setup, takedown, and smooth flow of classes, workshops, and special events, while maintaining organized program materials and calendars.
- Provide customer guidance for wellness services (massage, infrared sauna, red light therapy, etc.), track program participation, assist with promotional materials, and help uphold equipment cleaning standards.
- Current Wisconsin Massage Therapy License (required)
- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends may be required based of client needs), hours vary depending on bookings.
- Administrative tasks for scheduling and marketing services
- 1 year experience as a massage therapist
