We seeking compassionate Massage Therapists to perform massage and body treatments. The Massage Therapist will consult with clients to assess their requirements, make informed recommendations and explain services, assist them in selecting appropriate treatments, and ensure their care and satisfaction. The Massage Therapist will ensure treatments start and end on time. You will maintain knowledge to promote and sell services and retail products. You will ensure work areas are clean and tidy, equipment is sanitized, and linens are clean at all times, and treat clients in a courteous and empathetic manner.

Responsibilities:

• Performs professional quality massage per established protocols
• Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
• Creates excellent member/guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Performs hot stone, deep muscle, or prenatal therapy based on appropriate training and minimum clinic education hours.
• Communicates various promotions to clients.
• Follows all practice policies and protocols.
• Assists in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 200 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Adherence to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining a current Massage License within Green Bay and the state of Wisconsin.
• Knowledge of and experience in performing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required, as well as knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities.
• Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
