Legacy Hotel in Green Bay, WI is seeking a compassionate and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our spa team. What You'll Do
- Provide professional massage therapy services using established techniques and protocols.
- Perform Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, with opportunities to provide additional modalities such as Hot Stone and Prenatal Massage based on training and certification.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Educate clients on the health and wellness benefits of regular massage therapy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.
- Ensure appointments begin and end on time.
- Maintain clean, sanitized treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and common areas.
- Promote spa services and retail products when appropriate.
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and state licensing requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program with a minimum of 200 hours of training.
- Current Wisconsin Massage Therapist License (or ability to obtain before employment).
- Experience performing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required.
- Additional massage modalities are a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
- Ability to pass a background and reference check.
