What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared accurately and served on time.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Keep kitchen workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas clean and organized.
- Properly store food and maintain food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist with training and supporting new kitchen team members.
- Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining high-quality standards.
