Role Description
This role is for a PT or FT Licensed Massage Therapist based in De Pere, WI. It is a 1099 position (non-employee) and can be either rent only, or a split on services. The therapist will provide a range of professional massage therapies, including but not limited to therapeutic massage, relaxation, pregnancy massage, and medical massage, while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify their needs, delivering personalized treatments, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and promoting a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage, Relaxation Massage, and Medical Massage techniques
- Experience in stress management practices and understanding client well-being
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain high standards of sanitation and practice
- Current and valid massage therapy license in Wisconsin
- Knowledge of spa services and wellness programs
- CPR/First Aid certification is required by licensing and state of WI.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry certifications
- Able to run a strong business and manage client bookings
