We’re partnered with a high-growth, better-for-you CPG brand that is building out its standalone supply chain organization and investing heavily in operations.
They are hiring a Senior Manager, Transportation & Logistics to play a critical role in managing and optimizing their national logistics network.
This individual will own inbound and outbound transportation across a multi-site contract manufacturing footprint and 3PL network, with a strong focus on improving service levels, driving efficiency, and building scalable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with multiple 3PL and warehousing partners
• Oversee inbound/outbound transportation across the network
• Drive improvements in service metrics (OTIF, fill rates, etc.)
• Support network optimization and distribution transitions
• Ensure strong execution across temperature-controlled logistics where applicable
• Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams
What We’re Looking For:
• 5 years of logistics/transportation experience within CPG, food, beverage, or related industries
• Experience working with 3PLs, co-manufacturers, and retail customers
• Strong understanding of retailer compliance and service expectations
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with LTL and broader freight management preferred
This is a highly visible role within a lean, high-performing team, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as the business scales.
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
