Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage & build their presence within Natural and Conventional Grocery accounts in the Southeast Region.
What you'll do:
- Own strategic account plans based on velocity & volume potential
- Manage the current business and hunt new opportunities in the Natural & Conventional Grocery channel; monitor pricing and adjust on a weekly & monthly basis as needed to ensure alignment across a variety of skus, packages, and retailers
- Work closely with distributors, brokers, and internal local sales teams to ensure proper execution of programs
What you'll bring:
- 5 years of sales experience in food and/or beverage, with some beverage industry experience required
- Current relationships with and a track record of success selling into Independent & Natural Grocery retailers
- Experience working with distributors & brokers
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license & access to a vehicle required
- Comfortable with up to ~50% regular travel within the assigned region
- Candidates must be based near a major airport in Atlanta or any major metro area in Florida
