Role Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Walmart business, including item setup/maintenance, PDP/content accuracy, pricing and promo execution, comp shops, and post-event readouts.
- Lead buyer interactions through weekly touchpoints, line reviews, business planning, and delivery of clear, insight-driven recommendations.
- Build and manage Retail Link (DSS) dashboards for sales, inventory, and supply; translate data into actionable plans.
- Identify and pitch growth opportunities—features, events, space, NPD, and retail marketing—supported by strong ROI.
- Partner with Marketing to develop and execute trade programs that integrate social, digital, and community activations.
- Co-own Walmart.com strategy and ensure excellence across PDPs, A content, SEO, and retail media (search/display).
- Brief, QA, and analyze Walmart Connect campaigns, monitoring ROAS, share of search, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Planning/Ops on forecasting, stock and sales plans, OTIF, constraints, and E&O mitigation.
- Produce weekly performance reports (sell-in/sell-out, velocity, mix, promo ROI) and identify whitespace and shelf-defense opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5 years of beauty/personal care CPG account management experience with proven Walmart experience
- Proficiency with Retail Link (DSS), Walmart Connect fundamentals, Excel/Sheets (INDEX/MATCH, PIVOTs), and data storytelling.
- Strong execution across forecasting, PIM/item setup, PDP/content management, and promo operations.
- Ability to convert insights into compelling, buyer-ready pitches for features, space, NPD, and trade marketing.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working across Marketing, Community, Ops/Supply, and Ecommerce.
- Proactive, detail-driven, and Walmart-obsessed; excels under pressure and moves quickly from analysis to action.
