The Market Manager will be responsible for driving sales, expanding on-premise relationships, and managing the distributor. This is a hands-on, street-focused role ideal for someone with existing industry connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with distributors - Allied and Empire
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-premise accounts, particularly in the restaurant and hospitality sectors
- Leverage technology to track performance, manage sales, and enhance efficiency
- Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and trade shows
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and market expansion
- Manage a small team, ensuring their growth and success within the organization
- Maintain an active presence in the market, spending most of the week engaging with accounts
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of industry experience on the supplier side
- Establish relationships with on-premise accounts in NYC
- Experience managing or mentoring a team in a sales-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $95,000 - $125,000
- Quarterly and Annual performance-based bonus structure
