Responsibilities:
- Own payroll, benefits, and time and attendance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency
- Manage leave administration and Workers’ Compensation processes in alignment with legal requirements
- Lead HR compliance tracking and support policy updates tied to labor law changes
- Deliver clear, actionable HR, payroll, ESG, and workforce reporting
- Partner with Finance on labor cost analysis, forecasting, and workforce insights
- Drive absenteeism management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support workforce planning through data driven headcount, shift, and overtime analysis
- Own HR systems administration and data integrity across HRIS and related platforms
- Serve as HR systems subject matter expert and employee point of contact
- Support the rollout and adoption of new HR technologies and tools
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, payroll analysis, or a related function
- Strong preference for manufacturing, plant based, or multi shift environments
- Preferred: Proficient in HRIS and timekeeping systems
