Partner with customers as our Mechanical Components Sales Support Specialist (Inside)

At FORCE America, Inc., you’ll be on-site in Savage, MN, answering questions, building quotes, and coordinating with our Outside Sales team to keep customers’ hydraulic and mechanical systems running smoothly.

Your core responsibilities
- Provide assigned accounts with pricing, lead times, and order status.
- Manage overflow inquiries across common product lines and open orders, including escalations.
- Enter components and sub-assemblies for sales orders and quotations.
- Handle administrative tasks: email/fax correspondence and return authorizations.
- Maintain minimum profit margins during quoting and negotiation.
- Research and respond to component pricing/availability requests.
- Support Inside Sales II/III and Outside Sales with research, small projects, and pricing efforts.
- Coordinate customer service needs with Outside Sales for a dedicated customer base.
- Other duties as assigned.
What it takes to succeed
- High School Diploma or GED; 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent phone and written communication skills.
- Sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Detail orientation and patience under pressure.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and the FORCE America ERP.
