Hydraulic Parts Fulfillment Associate

As a Hydraulic Parts Fulfillment Associate at FORCE America, Inc., your day starts with the priority board: orders to pull, receipts to process, and shelves to optimize. You’ll navigate our warehouse with a forklift, pick lists, and an ERP scanner in hand—moving parts efficiently to make sure every shipment meets our standards and every customer gets what they need, when they need it.

• Pick and pack orders across the warehouse, meeting FORCE America carrier expectations.
• Receive inbound product following FORCE America best practices.
• Operate a forklift safely to move, stage, and store materials.
• Use ladders and warehouse carts to access, pull, and move product.
• Stock inventory and keep locations organized to optimize shelving capacity.
• Complete daily cycle counts using inventory count sheets.
• Record accurate transactions in the ERP system to maintain system integrity.
• Communicate with external providers and internal teams as needed.
• Keep the facility clean and orderly.
• Support additional tasks as assigned to keep operations running smoothly.

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Clear understanding of verbal and written work instructions.
• Self-starter who thrives both independently and on a team.
• Strong sense of urgency with excellent prioritization to meet customer expectations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfort with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and common web applications.

• Most work occurs indoors with protection from weather, though temperatures may vary. Some tasks occur near open bays without control over weather conditions. Expect frequent movement throughout the warehouse.
