Core responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic systems in accordance with work orders using hand and power tools.
• Test all assembled systems to meet established standards for quality, quantity, and time.
• Update inventory records with parts usage, defective components, and additional parts needed.
• Assist customers with needs assessment and complete repairs.
• Coordinate with material handling, sales, and other teams to expedite orders.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two-year degree in Fluid Power, Mechatronics, or related mechanical discipline strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of fluid power preferred.
• 1–5 years of assembly or shop experience.
• Proven mechanical aptitude.
• Sense of urgency and prioritization to meet customer expectations for quantity and timing.
• Detail orientation and dedication to quality.
• Customer-focused approach.
