Sales Support Associate Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and present home improvement solutions through direct sales conversations
- Help customers understand product benefits and guide them through the sales process
- Build relationships with customers to create positive customer experiences
- Meet daily and weekly sales goals through consistent customer engagement
- Answer customer questions and provide clear product information
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
Sales Support Associate Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working with customers in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Motivated to succeed in a sales-driven environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,200.00 per month
