Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pastry Prep Specialist at Sullivan Family Kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for pastry, demonstrate physical dexterity, and contribute positively to our production environment. This role involves the decoration, finishing, and packaging of pastry products.
Responsibilities:
· Execute precise and artistic decoration techniques for pastry products.
· Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.
· Adhere to established pastry techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
· Collaborate seamlessly with team members to optimize production workflows.
· Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
Available shifts:
· AM Shift 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
· Monday – Sunday (5 workdays, 2 days off)
- Full-Time positions require open availability
Qualifications:
· Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
· High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
· Previous experience in pastry preparation is preferred.
· Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance is mandatory.
