Job Overview: As a Pastry Baker, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will not only bring a positive attitude but also demonstrate expertise in pastry techniques. This position requires the ability to handle physical demands, such as lifting 30-50 lbs. and standing for the duration of the shift. Primary Responsibilities:
· Utilize Pastry/Baking techniques in food preparation.
· Accurately measure ingredients using specialized equipment.
· Manage and oversee large batch production, ensuring quality and consistency.
· Collaborate with the team to uphold cleanliness and organization in the Pastry Team.
· Contribute ideas and expertise to enhance our pastry offerings.
· Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude within the kitchen environment.
Available Shifts:
· Overnight Shifts: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
· Monday – Sunday (5 days on, 2 days off)
· Full-Time positions require open availability.
Qualifications:
· Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
· High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
· Previous baking experience is preferred.
· Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance is mandatory.
