Job Overview: As a Kitchen Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will not only bring a positive attitude but also demonstrate a passion for making great food. This position requires the ability to handle physical demands, such as lifting 30-50 lbs. and standing for the duration of the shift. Primary Responsibilities:
· Utilize Culinary techniques in food preparation.
· Accurately measure, prep, and prepare food using specialized equipment.
· Manage and oversee large batch production, ensuring quality and consistency.
· Collaborate with the team to uphold cleanliness and organization in the Kitchen.
· Contribute ideas and expertise to enhance our pastry offerings.
· Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude within the kitchen environment.
Available Shifts:
· PM Shifts: 4:00PM - 12:30AM; Off work on Fridays and another day off.
· Full-Time positions require open availability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
- Previous cooking hot kitchen experience is preferred.
- Must have Tuberculosis Clearance required or Willing to take test upon offer.
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements
- Language: Speak/Read/Write - English
- Applicant should be able to reliably commute to work on time.
- Must have open availability for various shifts as needed.
