The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for generating and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales for our renowned hotel, conference, and events property. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of sales management and convention services experience and possess strong skills in contract negotiations, solicitations, and strategizing.

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for generating and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales for our renowned hotel, conference, and events property. - Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads for conference and events bookings.
- Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize sales performance.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
