Responsible for providing courteous and competent services to ensure guests are roomed in the hotel efficiently and without incident; transporting luggage and other items; and escorting guests to and from their assigned rooms.

Responsible for providing courteous and competent services to ensure guests are roomed in the hotel efficiently and without incident; transporting luggage and other items; and escorting guests to and from their assigned rooms.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following
- Transport luggage and escort guests to and from their assigned rooms and other areas of the hotel.
- Run errands (i.e., newspapers, faxes, laundry, packages, flowers, etc.) and communicate messages when necessary.
- Store and retrieve guest luggage.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve guest problems within scope of authority, otherwise referring guest to Bell Captain.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Bilingual highly desireable.
- One year experience as a Bell Person at a major hotel preferred.
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
