We are looking for a dynamic Front Office Manager to join TEAMBLEAU! As the Front Office Manager you will effectively oversee and support the Director of Front Office in all operations relating to Front Office and Room Inventory Control. The Front Office Manager is responsible to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and Team Member development. The Front Office Manager also manages the problem solving of Team Member and guest issues while remaining professional at all times.

The Front Office Manager is responsible to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and Team Member development. The Front Office Manager also manages the problem solving of Team Member and guest issues while remaining professional at all times.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following
- Recommend and administer front office procedures and service standards.
- Ensure all needed reports are run.
- Ensure proper cash and key control programs are effective and followed.
- Resolve guest concerns and implement resolutions.
- Schedule labor force and assign work for efficient use of equipment and personnel.
- Ensure compliance by all front office personnel with Company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures.
- Plan, manage, and monitor work as well as hiring, communicating, coaching staff, and building relationships.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills. Effective supervisory and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
- Bilingual highly desirable.
- Minimum of three years front office operations experience. Two years supervisory experience preferred.
- High school education or equivalent.
