Responsible for providing courteous and competent services to ensure guests are processed efficiently during check-in on arrival and check-out on departure.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following
- Complete necessary paperwork and respond to guest comments and requests.
- Collect proper cash, credit card, or other form of payment.
- Post all room charges, paid outs, and corrections accurately.
- Check availability and rates on a continuous basis.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
- Bilingual highly desireable.
- High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.
