Position Overview
FOCO is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support day‑to‑day AR operations. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role focused on execution, accuracy, and reliability. The analyst will support collections activities, maintain receivable balances, and ensure timely and accurate AR processing.This position does not include people management or ownership of collections strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily AR activities including cash application, invoicing support, and customer follow‑ups
- Manage assigned customer accounts to support timely payment and routine issue resolution
- Prepare and maintain AR aging reports and basic customer‑level analysis
- Support collections efforts and escalate issues appropriately to AR management
- Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain accurate AR records and support internal controls
- Assist with month‑end close activities related to accounts receivable
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
- Strong transactional AR skills, including cash application and reconciliations
- Working knowledge of Excel and comfort with AR data and reporting
- Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to manage volume and deadlines
- Clear communicator with internal teams and customers
