Both 1st & 2nd Shift Available
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Team Member, you'll play an important role in preparing our products for shipment by:
- Packing finished products into boxes
- Operating a tape machine to securely seal cartons
- Stacking finished boxes onto pallets for shipment
- Rotating between packing and stacking positions throughout the shift
- Helping maintain production goals while ensuring product quality
- Participating in daily stretching exercises and following all safety procedures
- Following food safety and quality standards to ensure every product meets our expectations
- Assisting with inventory counts and other production tasks as needed

- Reliable and shows up ready to work

- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Able to safely lift up to 60 pounds throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Committed to safety and following established procedures
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus—but it's not required. If you have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
