We're a 6th-generation, family-owned manufacturing company in Sinking Spring, PA, producing bird seed and small animal food for customers across North America. We're looking for a Full-Time Inventory & Supply Chain Planner to help ensure our ingredients and finished products are always available to meet customer demand.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Inventory & Supply Chain Planner, you'll play a key role in keeping our supply chain running efficiently by:
- Planning inventory levels for ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products
- Creating and managing purchase orders to ensure materials arrive on time
- Coordinating shipments with suppliers, freight carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
- Scheduling inbound and outbound truckload, LTL, and rail shipments
- Monitoring inventory to balance product availability while minimizing excess stock
- Maintaining packaging and bag label inventory to support production schedules
- Processing receiving paperwork, invoices, bills of lading, and packing slips
- Receiving inventory into our ERP system and maintaining accurate records
- Working with suppliers to resolve delivery, inventory, and logistics issues
- Helping ensure our manufacturing teams have everything they need to keep production moving
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Highly organized and enjoys planning ahead
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with vendors and coworkers
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- Analytical and enjoys solving problems
- Comfortable working with numbers, inventory, and spreadsheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in purchasing, inventory management, replenishment planning, or supply chain
- Logistics or transportation coordination experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Manufacturing, agriculture, food, or feed industry experience
