We may have the perfect opportunity.
We're a 6th-generation, family-owned manufacturing company in Sinking Spring that produces bird seed and small animal food enjoyed by pets across the country. We're looking for two dependable part-time Production Team Members to join our first shift operation.
A Schedule That Works for You
We know life doesn't always fit into an 8-to-5 schedule.
That's why we're looking for two people who can work the same schedule—and we'll work with you to create one that fits both your availability and our production needs.
Possible schedules include:
- Two or three full days each week
- Half-days Monday through Friday
- Other consistent daytime schedules during first shift

What You'll Be Doing
- Set up and operate a packaging line for Pet Food products
- Fill, seal, and pack lightweight bags
- Label cartons and packaging accurately
- Stack finished boxes onto pallets
- Move materials using a manual pallet jack
- Read daily production schedules and follow work instructions
- Complete basic production paperwork and enter information into the computer
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
- Follow food safety, quality and GMP in a clean and safe manufacturing environment
No heavy lifting or previous manufacturing experience is required. We'll provide all the training you need!
