We're partnered with a $1B, 75 year old General Contractor headquartered in downtown Chicago as they look to bring on a Preconstruction Manager to support their continued growth.
This is a key position within a highly respected, long standing firm that has built a reputation for delivering complex, high profile projects across the Midwest. You’ll play a critical role in shaping projects from concept through GMP, working closely with leadership, clients, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preconstruction efforts from early concept through GMP
- Develop detailed estimates, budgets, and cost plans
- Manage subcontractor outreach and bid leveling
- Collaborate with design teams to drive value engineering opportunities
- Support business development and client presentations
- Provide strategic input on scheduling, logistics, and constructability

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
