What You’ll Do:
- Own engineering design and construction for diverse projects — multifamily, healthcare, industrial, education, and commercial.
- Act as the primary engineering voice for owners, architects, and trade partners.
- Mentor and guide design staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Shape project delivery, from equipment selection and load calculations to construction coordination.
- Work closely with leadership to influence departmental strategy and innovation.
