Flora Fauna Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for someone special to be the first smiling face people see when they walk through our doors.

We’re an acupuncture and functional medicine clinic in Costa Mesa that helps people with things like gut issues, anxiety, burnout, pain, hormones and blood sugar balance.

Our vibe here is calm, grounded, warm, and a little bit obsessed with nervous system regulation and feeling like a real human again.

The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, and socialize with patients, making them feel like the only person in the room. Our goal is to provide our patients with the best and most relaxing healthcare experience they have ever had.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You are a multi-tasker extraordinaire, have stellar organization skills, unreasonable optimism, are part air traffic controller, part Harry Potter or Hermione with magic creativity, Jedi-like anticipation, and cat-like reflexes.
• You secretly love a good checklist and well organized spreadsheets.
• You remembers small details about people because you actually care.
• You have a “figure it out” attitude — the kind of person who Googles, ChatGPTs, phone's a friend, or asks the right teammate instead of getting stuck.
• You are proactive, adaptable, and able to pivot quickly when things change throughout the day.
• You are comfortable following up with leads, calling potential patients, and help turn “I’ll think about it” into “When can I come in?”
• You are creative and comfortable helping with Instagram content, stories, posting, engagement, and keeping the clinic’s online presence feeling active, educational, warm, and human — not corporate and robotic.
• You have a growth mindset and are excited to learn new systems, improve processes, and grow alongside a fast-moving wellness business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be the patient’s first and last contact, assisting them at the front desk with scheduling, answering phones, collecting payment, light social media management, marketing, product sales, and other tasks needed to make the office run like a well-oiled, health-dealin' machine.

HOURS SCHEDULE:

• Monday 9-6pm
• Tues and Thurs 2-630
• Saturday 10-2pm
• Sunday 10-2pm

*Most shifts are around 4–5 hours (except Mondays), daytime/clinic hours

Job Type: Part-time (15-20 hours/week)

Starting Pay: $20/hr training and $25/hr for first 3 probationary months -- after that raises will occur based on performance and experience.
