We are looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager/Estimator to join our commercial flooring team. This role combines estimating and project management responsibilities, from bidding through project completion.

- Prepare accurate takeoffs, cost estimates, and proposals for commercial flooring projects
- Manage awarded projects: scheduling, budgeting, material orders, and quality control
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and crews
- Conduct site visits and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate with vendors and installation teams to deliver successful results
- Experience in commercial flooring or construction project management/estimating
- Knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods (carpet, tile, LVT, wood, sheet
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office
- Valid driver’s license; travel to job sites required
