We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to drive enterprise-wide talent acquisition and performance management initiatives across a dynamic, high-growth organization. This role is responsible for building and executing scalable recruiting strategies, strengthening leadership pipelines, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent across corporate, operational, and frontline roles.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business and operational goals
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback
- Provide leadership and direction to recruiting teams in a multi-site, high-volume environment
- Partner with senior leadership, HR, and Operations to forecast workforce needs and optimize staffing models
- Establish recruiting standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance
- Leverage data and analytics to improve recruiting effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of hire
- Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Communications
- Support recruitment marketing efforts, technical school partnerships, and community outreach
- Enhance succession planning strategies and leadership development pipelines
- Manage vendor relationships, including agencies and recruiting technologies
- Lead continuous improvement efforts across recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Support high-volume hiring initiatives, new site launches, and organizational expansion
- Develop and mentor recruiting leaders to build long-term organizational capability
- Manage recruiting budgets and drive cost-effective hiring practices
What You Bring
- 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles
- Proven success leading recruiting teams in large-scale, multi-site, or high-volume environments
- Experience managing enterprise-wide performance management programs
- Strong knowledge of recruiting technology, sourcing strategies, HR practices, and employment law
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and operational stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
- Experience with UKG Recruiting and Onboarding modules (required)
- Flexibility to support business needs, including occasional extended hours
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work onsite four days per week
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Salary : $145,000 - $155,000
