Essential Duties:
- Experience with water transfer and water management operations
- Perform lay-flat repairs with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate safe and effective work practices in all job tasks
- Experienced in pipe fusion
- Attend job walks and provide technical feedback to support accurate bidding
- Support rig-up/rig-down activities and job site cleanup
- Ensure equipment was prepared and maintained for field service
- Communicate issues or observations to supervisor to maintain operational efficiency
- Participate in daily JSEA and promote safety awareness in compliance with HSE standards
- Maintain positive customer relationships by meeting or exceeding service expectations
Requirements:
- Prior experience with water transfer and water management operations, including setup, monitoring, and maintenance of pumps, hoses, and related equipment, preferred but not required
- **EDUCATION: **High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED)
- TRAVEL: Varies depending on job sites
OTHER:
- Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Able and willing to work a rotating shift schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Able and willing to work in inclement weather, climb structures, perform work at heights, and in enclosed spaces
- Able and willing to work both independently in remote locations and in a team environment
