We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Associate to support a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role focuses on invoice processing, PO tracking, and reconciliation, with strong exposure to operations and month-end close.
What You’ll Do
- Process invoices and expenses in Workday
- Manage purchase orders and payment requests
- Reconcile disposal tickets vs. vendor invoices
- Support month-end close and accruals
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of AP or accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience in waste, logistics, or industrial industries is a plus
Salary : $23 - $25
