Electrician Journeyman

De Berry, TX: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Journeyman Electrician – Industrial (Temporary 1–3 Month Assignment). Essential Duties:

• Install cable tray systems in industrial environments according to project specifications and safety standards. • Perform electrical terminations for power and control wiring.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and layout plans.

• Pull cable and ensure proper routing, securing, and labeling of electrical systems.

• Lead and direct a helper to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.

• Maintain compliance with all site safety requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

• Inspect completed work to verify quality and adherence to project requirements. Requirements/Skills:

• Journeyman-level industrial electrical experience required.

• Strong knowledge of cable tray installation, cable pulling, and electrical terminations.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

• Experience leading, training, or directing helpers on job sites.

• Familiarity with industrial job site safety procedures and best practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials and tools as required.

• Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces when needed. • Capable of performing work in varying industrial site conditions, including heat, noise, and dust.
