Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Comprehensive knowledge of safety and occupational health regulations, methods, standards and techniques sufficient to identify and eliminate program deficiencies; 2) Knowledge of industrial / aviation standards and work processes involving confined spaces, aviation gas free, radiation, lasers, and ordnance; 3) Ability to perform mishap investigations, analysis, and reporting to determine frequency and. severity rates, and to identify trends. 4.) Ability to perform risk assessment of hazardous processes, determine severity, and develop control methods and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA); and 5) Skill in the use of personal computers and knowledge of software applications for word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, and database management.
For the GS-07 Level:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
