What are the responsibilities and job description for the SUPERVISORY AEROSPACE ENGINEER position at FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST?
You will serve as a Supervisory Aerospace Engineer in the Structures Division within the F/A-18 & EA-18G Fleet Support Team (FST) at FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
1. Experience providing senior-level expertise of aerospace structures in the fields of in-service engineering, design and development, and life-cycle support. 2. Mastery-level technical knowledge of In-Service Engineering (ISE) processes and products. 3. Expert skill in program management overseeing multi-disciplinary technical teams, to include developing and managing budgets, forecasting resource requirements, and executing complex engineering projects to meet critical Fleet readiness goals and major acquisition milestones. 4. Demonstrated ability to serve as a technical authority, effectively communicating complex engineering and programmatic information to diverse audiences at all levels, from mentoring and guiding engineers to presenting decisive briefings and collaborating on solutions with senior executive leadership and industry partners.

Qualifications:
