What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled HVAC Installer position at Fix it Frankie?

Whoever said an HVAC Installation wasn’t a work of art clearly hasn’t seen your work.

Because you, my friend, are an artist.

Not only do you agonize over every detail, you do it fast.

The Japanese come to America to study you, you’re so efficient.

Customers bring their loved ones over to see your installations, they’re so pretty.

What makes you most proud? You’re installs don’t get callbacks, just enthusiastic referrals.

Dang son. That’s impressive.

Frankie is willing to pay you for that…and then some.

You know the game. Time, materials, and callbacks.

You leave every installation with perfect airflow and static pressure.

You know you’re game, and we celebrate champions.

Why? Because Frankie puts up big, hassle-free warranties for his customers.

Frankie doesn’t believe in soaking people after we do what we do best.

So Frankie’s looking for the best.

We save 83-year-old widows from a frigid winter night.

We deliver relief to a family who is displaced by severe discomfort.

When we don’t live up to the customer's sense of urgency, we punish ourselves out of respect for them.

And you choose to take on that responsibility, too.

Being in Essential Services isn’t a life of convenience. It is a beautiful life of service, though.

You want to matter.

And you will at Fix it Frankie.

And that made you smile just now, didn’t it?

Frankie is looking for like-minded people.
