What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Sheet Metal Installer position at A&A MECHANICAL AND HVAC?
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A&A Mechanical and HVAC, LLC is growing! We are starting new construction projects and we need 3 experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Installers to join our team immediately.
This is long-term, full-time work in the Phoenix Metro area. If you have sheet metal / duct installation experience and take pride in clean, quality work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Install sheet metal ductwork, hangers, and supports in new construction
- Read and interpret blueprints, and layouts
- Measure, cut, and fabricate sheet metal on site as needed
- Install VAV boxes, diffusers, and grilles
- Seal and insulate ductwork
- Maintain clean and safe jobsite
- Work as part of a crew on new construction projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal / Duct Installer (new construction preferred)
- Must have your own basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to read blueprints / duct layouts
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders / lifts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work .
